Whether we roast in small batches on traditional drum roasters or on state-of-the-art computer-controlled systems, we pay uncompromising attention at every phase of production to ensure consistent and excellent quality. Production in modern drum roasting systems is monitored according to strict ISO and IFS standards.
In Baumles, Trimmis and Sursee we produce outstanding coffee in small batches using traditional drum roasting, characterised by a more refined and slower procedure.
In Zollikofen we produce coffee on state-of-the-art computer-controlled systems, again using more refined and slower processes. These meticulously controlled processes are ISO and IFS certified.

Our team members are trained Baristi. They love coffee the way you love it. And they can answer almost any question about coffee.
Our very own Andre Eiermann was awarded with a solid tenth place at the 2017 World Barista Championships held in Seoul in November.
